Yes! You can go for vaccination as it is the only option to get relief from any infection. Don't worry. It wouldn't affect your breastmilk as there is no correlation between them.
Give baby nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
