NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes ofcourse you should and must take the vivid vaccination and is totally safe for a lactating mothers and infact it generates antibodies and some amount can even be passed on via breast milk and it will also gve immunity to the baby u also and safe too
