Hi, Having pain in clitoris area after delivery. is it normal? It's been 6 weeks since delivery.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Yes, it's normal so take good rest. First of all, you should give your body ample time to come back to normal. Take good rest, avoid stress, eat nutritious and balanced diet. Prefer home cooked foods. Include nuts, seeds, all seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, lentils in your diet. Drink plenty of fluid. Drink 3 glasses of milk in a day. Take your calcium and iron supplements regularly for 3 months.

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy7 years agoA. Yes thats normal after delivery. In few cases it lasts upto 6 months and longer than that .It is normal if the pain is mild, in case of severe pain, do consult with your gynaecologist once and get yourself checked
