Hi guyz i m 24year nd i have second pragnancy and its a twins so my question is what i eat for healthy twins baby nd how to take care my twins

A. no problem in taking normal traditional foods what used to take previous pregnancy for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
