Q.

hi, for past 1 month I am training her for co sleep before I used to rock her but recent days she is crying at the middle of the night which makes me so angry

A. The child could be feeling hungry or the child could be crying due to stomach pain which is why your child is crying see you have to understand this a child cannot express in words so they cry you getting angry and frustrated is not going to help your child neither you you are unnecessarily going to take your anger out on the child so please have patience it’s not easy to bring up a child you have to have your patience

Q. #asktheexperts My son is 1 year 4 month old. Past 3 months, he is not able to sleep at night correctly. Though I feed him food at night properly, in the middle of the night he wakes up and ask for water twice and sometimes thrice. But before he used to sleep on the bed at night. In the mornings he used to take 2 naps, I used to rock him to sleep in the swing. But now at night he is not sleeping on the bed and asks me to put him on swing and to rock him sleep. This has led to many sleepless nights for me. Even doctor suggested me to stop the habit of rocking him and allow him to sleep on the bed. I have tried so many ways but all went in vain. How to stop the habit of rocking in swing? Can anyone suggest me some tips?
