Hi experts, my baby will complete 7months now. Would like to ask how many times can I offer food/meals in a day? Do I have to offer breakfast lunch dinner all three?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom it all depends as to how well the baby is accepting his solids , start with one time a day and then gradually increase the quantity and number of meals and variety as well
