hi experts it's been 3 months I have undergone c section. by mistake I lifted a kid who is 12 kg weight from ground level for couple of seconds and then kept him down. will it cause back pain in future ?

A. Dear mum, since it has already been 3 months since your c section, it should not be a problem. However you need to take care and be watchful while lifting heavy objects.
