hi everyone I am 11 weeks pregnant, how to know everything inside my body is fine as I don't feel anything. I am always scared that my baby is growing fine or not. please help.

Some women are scared so it’s not a problem it’s a completely natural thing because maybe it’s your first child and all you can be more precocious with it but without an ultrasound you cannot come to know what’s going on so your three months are going to complete ultrasound do you know what’s the problem of your child
