Hi Dr, My son shourya 4 years old and Daughter 11 months old are suffering from wound on hands and legs as shown in the attached pic, Please suggest some treatment. thanks and regards

A. probably the photographs which you have posted is not uploaded but if the babies are having all surrounds on the limbs probably they may need from investigations and appropriate oral antibiotics also you have to consult your local doctor
