hi dr mujhe c section ho kr 7 month huwe h...but mujhe abhi tk irritation ho raha h...baby ne thoda bhi satati to chid chid ho raha h...apni marzi ka kuch nahi huwa to ghar me sab 0r chid chid kr rahi hu...plzz suggest me kya kru

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Take the help of your family or spouse to take your care of your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil to make a good bonding with your baby.
