Hi dr..Meri normal delivery hui hei or mera 4 months ka hei..mera hair fall bhut ho rha hei extremly horha hei...esa lgta hei k bs ek week mei Mei bald hojaungi ..aaj mei bhut roi itni tension horhi hei...Meine abhi herbal multivitamins shuru kiye hei aaj se...But fir b bhut tension mei hu plz bta do kya kroo

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. koi tension nahi hai. hair loss is very common during pregnancy and while breastfeeding also because of hormonal changes it will take quite some time for getting back the hair better to take supplements of iron calcium
