Hi dr. Can we feed lot spices to 5-6years old spicy is good r bad for kids(like karam in curries,pickles)

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can feed spicy food to the baby but in moderation. If you see that the baby is not eating food or feeling spicy then please reduce the spices in the food. Thanks and take care
