NikithaMom of a 11 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. hello since the child does not know to spit you should be usung a flouride free tooth oaste like babyhug which would ne better and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide u accordingly wgich is better and safe too
