hi doctor suggest me which fish oil is gud for my baby and me for health

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Artificial supplements not required for baby at this age. Breast feeding is the most important form of nutrition . You can also take dry fruits, fish which are rich in fatty acids

As Oh no you cannot give any fish oil to the child it is not right it’s not easy for a child to have fish oil at this age you can give it later if you require to put that to after consulting your doctor but as of now I would not advise you to go ahead with it
