Hi doctor My baby is 2 years old uske eyes me thermometer se chot lga h and little bit eyes red hogya, is this serious...?

A. Clean the eyes regularly with cold water that is what is going to be good enough so currently I’m just going to recommend you that you should do this regularly and if needed please feel free to consult your doctor for further assistance and they’ll help you with what you need to do
