hi doctor. my baby got immunization yesterday she is 4 months old. she got fever i have given her paracetamol 0.5ml , should i need to put wet cloth on her forehead.. or what i can do to reduce it . please help me.

A. no need to do sponging.. unless fever is high grade Fever soon after vaccination is normal and it subsides within a day or two. increase breast feeding n give pcm drops timely
