hello doctor my son 4 years old from yesterday he have fever and cough today fever increased 103.2 degree I am giving paracetamol 5ml but still degree is increasing and decreasing so what to do?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. please do cold sponging in addition to paracetamol. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degres
