Baby having 103 fever from 2 days now doctor given parectomol and few antibiotics still baby having 103 fever

Continue with the medicine for three days of the child is not better even after completing the term of three days then you can get a blood test done for your child I don’t know for what purpose the antibiotics have been given to the child but it would be good for you to consult your doctor again
