Q.

baby got 6 weeks immunization today. if baby have fever can we give paracetamol drop and in what quantity.

A. yes can give 0. 5ml from paracetamol drops 100mg when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. Five drops you can give and you can repeat it again after six hours and if you want you can also do cold sponging as Thandi Paani ki patti is really very helpful and reducing down the temperature you can do that regularly if you want
