Im Responding to you accordingly but if your doctor has done such a blunder you should just tell the Dr that please mention everything into the vaccination card so that this doesn’t Happen again and you always maintain the chart also and also I would advise you to check everything on the vaccination tracker on the app itself this way you will never mess on any important vaccination and you will always be aware about the vaccination is coming up along with the time of the vaccination

I Don’t think so it should be having any side-effects but for a better clarity you should be consulting your paediatrician because a correct picture can only be given by the doctor and please make sure that this does not happen again with any of the vaccination because then it can have a side-effect
