My 16 months old baby girl have fever from yesterday so we use dolo drops but after few hours again she got fever and didnot eat any food properly, but she doesn't have cold but when she is crying she got cough and so we used amoxycillin oral suspension 125mg/5 ml on today after we used that she have no fever after hours she got again fever and today also she didn't eat properly. So fever repeated 3 times nearly so could you please suggest me shall I consult doctor or we are using antibiotic so it will slowly reduce the fever. We have to wait? Or we should consult the doctor. Could you please suggest me

first of all it is not advisable to give medicine on your own because directly starting any antibiotic without knowing as what is the cause of illness is a very bad practice so please visit your doctor
