I m lactating mother of 2.5 months old baby. I took covishield vaccination 1 dose yesterday. night got fever took dolo 650 again at midnight fever was 101 so took dolo 650 in 5 hours gap. now also my fever has been not reduced its 101 only what can I do. can i take dolo again.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatmentoo also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
