Hi doctor lactation sometime mera baby continue feeding ki demand karta hai half hour me tab muje mera breast bahot hi lighter feel hota hai bachha Jan so jate to 3 hour me hi breast fullness lagtat hai

Then maybe you’re feeding is not enough for the child I would advise you to take lactation supplements like Shatavari powder which you can easily take three times in the day with warm milk that usually helps a lot in increasing the lactation plus a healthy diet as well as good amount of fluids
