hi doctor, iam suffering from ankle fracture so I rest. but I scaring about my weight gain.how to mantain weight in this time

A. Hello mom avoid taking the stress now , instead take rest and be mindful of what you are eating and take small meals , avoid too much of sugary foods and also refined and processed foods as well
