hi doctor I want to ask you when should I climb stairs after c section delivery?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days . one to two times stairs up down can be done after 1 month
