I m a mother of premature baby of 66 days.My baby used to spit up but now the two days he started to spit up more quantity compared to early days. He used to cry before spit up . Sometimes the spit up look like thick milk, sometimes watery like curd.During hiccups also he used to spit up.

for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is common to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally.you can )ygive bonnisan drops 3 times a day too for better digestion.
