Hi Doctor, I'm a mother of 4 months old baby and I'm breastfeeding to my child can I eat wood apple during breastfeeding?

what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause cold and cough to baby

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine and safe to have any kind of Apple which is not a problem and it does not affect the breast milk and it is so please safe and in the case you find any discomfort in baby when you have consume then you avoid otherwise nothing to worry
