hi doctor I am having a big belly after delivery. even after delivery every one is asking ru pregnant. please help me how to reduce

A. there is no other way then exercising to reduce your belly fat regular exercise about 5 to 10 minutes is very beneficial to reduce your belly fat you can see for the specific exercises on YouTube

A. hi mam, you need to start doing exercises and yoga regularly for this start with exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, etc walk, walk and walk more do pranayam regularly eat couple of bites less than usual avoid taking processed oily spicy food
