Hi Doctor, I am breastfeeding my 10 months old baby, My calcium level is very low, Could you please suggest Vitamin D with Calcium tablets, which is safe to take while breastfeeding. Thank you.

A. Shalcal hd you can take for calcium in for vitamin D it would be good that you check with your doctor on that because without doctors advice it’s not advisable to take vitamin D so please consult your doctor once
