hi doctor.. can I use siloderm cream for face allergies on my son's face..?he has got some small red dots on his nose and under eyes..?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. Your child is having small red spots at nose and below eyes,please don’t use any lotion or cream on face , you should use only baby’s dusting powder and dove soap.
