Hi Doctor Baby (4yr and 8months old) has developed ulcers in mouth and palm He is complaining of pain in mouth and not able to eat anything Not even drinking anything, not able to swallow Please suggest what to feed him

A. Dologel you can apply three times in the day specially half an hour before you give any food to the child that is going to help and give more of fluid you know like water no normal temperature if you give cold or warm it is going to create sensation sensation into the blister and your child may not like it

Father of a 3 yr 9 m old boy

Q. From 6th February my son is complaining about tooth pain, on 7th Feb we visited pediatrician at that time he had fever too. After the medication now the temperature is normal but still he had tooth pain and mouth ulcers are also appearing, on 9th Feb we visited dentist and had x-ray to know the reason for tooth pain but the reports are clear and on the same day we again visited the pediatrician for mouth ulcers and some medicines are added for mouth ulcer, but still the mouth ulcers are not cured and tooth pain too. As my kid is of 3 years & 9 months old he is not supporting to apply the gel on ulcers, can you kindly suggest the alternate way to reduce the ulcers and my son still complaining about tooth pain and not taking food due to pain. I am attaching the pediatrician prescription kindly suggest what to do for tooth pain and mouth ulcers.
