Hi doctor am a c section mother after 3 months of c section, can I do planks exercise challenge for 30 days

A. hi...it has been just 3 months after a c section..so better wait for atleast a month more and then start with some light excercise. if u want to start , u may start with walking as it is a good light excercise to be fit.
