Hi Doc, I got c-section and it's been a 3mnth still my stomach looks like 7mnth pregnant.. so what should I do to reduce my stomach? pls suggest

A. hi mom at present u should continue with exclusive breast feeding till 6 months .. take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet start brisk walk yoga ..
