hi doc , I am having nasal blocks since a month , what to do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or sehiasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can take steam you can also use nasal drops for yourself that’s what is going to help but if it is continuous then get it checked maybe generally having a nasal congestion for that medicine can be suggested so if you want you can consult a ENT doctor
