Q.

Hi doc, I am 36 weeks pregnant and according to ultrasound, the baby's development growth is 2 weeks behind and the baby weighs only 2.09 kg. Is it normal?

A. if the babies growth is 2 weeks back then you also need to see for AFI level and if there are any signs of iugr that is intra uterine growth restriction if seen in babies

A. Thank you doctor. The AFI is 9.6. and the amniotic fluid is adequate according to the colour Doppler test.

A. if the baby condition is good need not worry about the weight.But if u eat well still there is chances of gaining weight of baby
