Hi Doc... I am 30 weeks pregnant now. I am experiencing itching sometimes on palms and feet. Is it normal or do I have take few blood test? Also please suggest any foods to avoid in this situation?

A. good morning you might be having this problem was a skin dryness also I would recommend that you try to buy coconut oil mixed with a few drops of glycerine on your palm and feet to avoid this problem
