hi doc cooking rice in cooker is it harmful for babies or kids.plz suggest.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear it is not harmful if cooked in steel utensils avoid using aluminium and give three meals a day along with breastfeeding to the child....Include all seasonal veges and fruits to the child and also give healthy liquids as well to the child

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and in my opinion and personal experience there is no harm in cooking rice in cooker and please mash it properly before giving it to baby.
