hi can v give beetroot puree to 7 months baby? beetroot puree is cold ah

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy9 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Yes you can give fruit,vegetable puriee/ mash to 7 months old but check suitability of every item .
Feed beet root puriee 1-2 spoons for 1-2 days if no motions,allergy,reddishness then you can add in baby deit ,however baby poop colour impacts (you may observe red stool).
