Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Choose to eat small meals at short intervals. Get ample amount of sleep. Avoid sugar based treats. Eat high fibre snacks. Eat fish and beans. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Keep stress levels to minimum. Sip on a glass of water before you have your meals. Advance your meal times to 7 or 7:30. Stay away from caffeine. Eat only home cooked meals.

Keep breastfeeding your baby. Keep a watch on your fat and calorie intake - Include lots of fresh fruits, green vegetables, lean meat, whole grains and low fat dairy products in your diet.
