Q.

Hi ... and i also have a problem in feeding her she is 15 months and she doesnt eat anything at all neither fruits nor veggies. oly breastfeeding. what do i do ???

A. Hello You need to reduce the frequency of breastfeeding only then baby will eat other foods Gi e variety in foods Make meal times fun with stories, games, toys role play

A. Offer alternative foods from every food group. For example, if your child dislikes cheese, they may eat yoghurt. At the end of the meal (no more than 20–30 minutes), take your child's plate away without any fuss. If they haven't eaten much, offer them a healthy snack a little later, or wait until next mealtime.
