The solution is to eat fruits in front of ur kid.... Eat them dramatically!!!!

When u eat.... When Papa eats.... When bro eats.... And all three are dramatic..... Oohing and aahing about the fruit and saying.... Oh!! This is soooo yummy.... This that.... Praise the fruit like mad...

Then offer her ... B4 she denies you deny.... Stating.... Let it be.... You don't eat.... Varna humko kum pad jaega.... Etc.... Etc.... Develop the feeling of jealousy and greed in her in a positive way....

Just praise and praise and praise the fruit....

Tell about it's goodness.... Health benefits.... Etc.... In an easy way that the kid understands....

Don't give up in a day or in a week....

Keep trying....

Purposely buy colourful fruits. .. And usko lalchao...

Kids get lalchaofied easily...

Hello! Try new recipes, make food look interesting. Decorate the plate with different fruits and vegetables, cut sandwich, paratha, chilla in different shapes and sizes. Make kid friendly yet nutritious food like - nuts ladoo, paneer cheese tikki, aloo Paratha, banana peanut butter milkshake, ragi chocolate pancakes etc.
