Q.

Hi am machathoi's mother. I have gain more weight after delivery my child. so plz tell me how to reduce my weight and tummy. I feel ashame of my figure and tummy. Now my weight us 73. Before CS it was 67.

A. Dear mum, do not worry. You should have the confidence in yourself. For weight loss, eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are junk. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.

A. what type of exercise mam. Walking is not possible during this pendemic. I dont have treadmill. will yoga work???like surya namaskar and others.Before pregnancy my weight was 58. Before Cs it was 68 and now 73. My height is 5.1. I have tension regarding this. even my mother in law and others teasing me that m becoming very fat.
