For weight loss, eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are junk. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed.
Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.

I dont have treadmill. will yoga work???like surya namaskar and others.Before pregnancy my weight was 58. Before Cs it was 68 and now 73. My height is 5.1. I have tension regarding this. even my mother in law and others teasing me that m becoming very fat.
