hi..am 3 weeks pregnant am getting pulling sensation in my belly button.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well get a scan.take lots of fluids.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.
