ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, absolutely yes. You can give weekly twice or thrice and around 50-100ml per day. Do not refrigerate the tender coconut water and give. Also start with few teaspoons a day and then gradually increase the quantity
