Hi, After pulpectomy my daughter who is 3 yrs old teeth gum looking like this...is this any serious condition?

A. I don’t think so they should be happening what is showing on to the gums of your child it’s better for you to re-consult your dentist to understand why this is happening and what is the reason behind it and how do you need to deal with the situation right now
