Hey Can somebody help me mera baby 30 October m 3 yr ka hojaega but still he doesn't eat spicy food at all I hv asked many times here But all in vein I hv tried many things wd dining table wd sm change recipes but when I gv him some spicy he spits nd thn dsnt tk another bite plz help

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. F dear, it all depends on the taste bud. In case you have not introduced him the spicy food. Previously, that's why he is not accepting it now, but do not worry. Initially, you can try adding some black pepper in the food. And then when he will get used to it? You can make it a little more spicy and so on. In this way, he'll get the used to have the spicy food as well. You shouldn't keep on trying in the gradually. And moderation form
