hey all...I had a question to know.. i already had a 3 c section my 3 baby is 1 years old n I want to concive again ...is 1 year gap ok to conceive plz rply

A. better 2 yr gap. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
