helloo....can i take patanjali satavari powder to increase brest milk...please suggest me..

TanuMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy8 years agoA. The best helper for enhancing milk is Lactonic powder. It has shatavari along with other required ingredients, specialized for this purpose only. It helped me a little t. Available in all medical stores.

I don't Know about the Patanjali brand but yes shatavari increase the breastmilk supply.... also You should include Garlic, basil, cumin, ajwain, fengureek seeds, saunf, gourds, green papaya, dairy products, red Masoor dal ,bottle gourds, ridge gourds, oats, flax seeds powder ,morringa leaves, ragi in your diet , You should take lactose granules to increase the milk production... a lot of healthy fluids upto 2.5-3 litres a day.. Eat a lot of green and red veggies to increase the milk production... Also latch the baby more on the breast as it increase the stimulation which increase the milk production too... Also keep emptying the breast fully frequently.. Use breast pump regularly.. Use it after the baby feed to empty fully the breast.. It will increase the simulation and milk supply... Give him a lot of skin to skin time... Try to latch her more properly so that she can suck more milk.... Don't take stress... Keep yourself stress free.. stress will affect the milk production negatively...
