Hello π Today morning my periods started just in one spotting I took periods delaying pill coz I have temple Darshan.. doubt is will have any side effect of taking this pill one first time? Also any home remedy to get next month cycle normal

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 9 months agoA. when in periods definitely you should avoid taking pills . now just wait and if any complaints just take treatment with consultation of your doctor . you can take the pills 4 days prior to your period date .
