Hello siya is 2 year 4 month old. since 1 year her weight is 11.5 kg . it's not increasing. she is eating everything well but hiperactive ...due to that not increasing or what??

A. Hyper activity has got no connection with weight gain of the China time is one KG underweight it’s not much of a lab that you cannot cover up so I would recommend you for sure that you should check with your doctor then help me with the right kind of diet plan that you can follow for your child
